Shipping Information
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based upon actual weight of your order. Therefore, you only pay actual shipping charges with no mark up.
- Most stock items ship same business day if ordered by 2:00 PM EST.
- Swingset kits usually ship next business day since each kit is customized to your swing choices/ colors and must be packaged accordingly.
- Special order items take up to 10 business days to arrive at your door.
- Larger Items such as slides ship via motorfreight and will be shipped separate from other items in your shopping cart. They are delivered curbside only and you must be present to receive merchandise. Please inspect for damage and let freight carrier know before they leave.
- We do not ship on major US holidays.
