Shipping Information
- Shipping cost is calculated at checkout and is based upon the weight of your order.
- PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ZIP CODE AND STATE MATCH. IF THEY DO NOT, THE UPS SERVER WILL ERROR AND NOT RETURN ANY SHIPPING INFORMATION. WE MUST THEN CONTACT YOU WITH THE APPROPRIATE SHIPPING, CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD, AND THEN SHIP YOUR ORDER OUT.
- Most stock items ship same business day if ordered by 2:00 PM EST.
- Swingset kits usually ship within two business days since each kit is customized to your swing choices/colors and must be packaged accordingly.
- Special order items take up to 10 business days to arrive at your door.
- Larger items such as slides ship via motorfreight and may be shipped separate from other items in your shopping cart depending on what you order. They are delivered curbside only and you must be present to receive merchandise. Please inspect for damage and let freight carrier know before they leave.
- If on eof your items ships via motor freight, and you are interested in several items, contact us for a quote. Shipping is usually cheaper per item the more items you order
- We do not ship on major US holidays.
- Most items ship via UPS. A few smaller items ship via USPS.
